3. Accessing Your Modules
- Download Link: After the final payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent to the client’s registered email address. This link will allow the client to access and download the purchased software modules.
- Secure Access: The download link will be secured with a password or token that is unique to the client. The link will remain active for a specified period, typically 30 days, after which it will expire.
- Re-download: If the client needs to re-download the software after the link has expired, they may log in to their account and click on the order to view details and they can view the download link.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Immediate Access: Once the project is completed and payment is confirmed, the client will receive the download link within 24 hours.
- Delays: In the event of any delays in the delivery process, E-Startups Kenya will notify the client immediately and provide an updated timeframe.
5. Support and Assistance
- Technical Support: E-Startups Kenya offers technical support to assist clients with downloading and installing the software modules. Support can be accessed via email or phone.
- Download Issues: If the client encounters any issues while downloading the software, they should contact our support team immediately for assistance.
6. No Physical Delivery
- Digital-Only: All software modules are delivered digitally. E-Startups Kenya does not provide physical copies of the software. Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection to download the modules.
7. Legal Compliance
This Delivery Policy is in compliance with Kenyan laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Any disputes arising from this policy will be governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya will have exclusive jurisdiction.
